i am in this to tell stories, love stories about people just like you. and i am a believe that love is meant to be shared, celebrated. every story is different but they all have a beginning and an end. they are centered on love and love makes me over the moon about doing what i do. owning a business is a lot like falling in love with what i do every single day. so, come along with me, let’s tell a great story. shall we?
i am a wedding lover, but more than that i am in love with the idea of love. i just want to put this whole heartedly on the table, as a photographer we are often assumed to only want to shoot detailed weddings with feathers and burlap, overflowing floral arrangements, and candles hanging from the ceiling. the truth of the matter? that isn’t the case.

and that is the gosh darn truth. people, there is so much more to the industry than details, it is all about love. so i am here to stand on my blog mountain top that this is what i believe in and this is why i am highly consumed with and head over heels in love with what i do. because my brides believe this testament to the core of it’s being, my job empowers me, gives me hope, pushes me to tell beautiful love stories every step of the way. so when you start to feel overwhelmed by bouquets and linens, just remember why you are promising forever, because really, a wedding is just one beautifully, emotionally, perfect day of promise.

After getting married, this is such truth! Until I was engaged and started planning our wedding did this start to sink in. The wedding no longer became as important as building up our relationship for the marriage that was being created. Lovely blog and lovely images!
