spring – summer 2013 issue // on newstands now! 

you know that i seldom leave the home so when i heard that the new issue was on newsstands i was so excited to send my sweet husband out to get it for me… did i mention he is the greatest? he surprised me with a copy and a kiss and i quickly began paging through the newest issue. page by page filled with gorgeous images, fun tidbits, and lovely wisconsin weddings, i was enraptured by it. i was so excited to see the gorgeous natalie and bonar’s lake geneva wedding in it, seriously, it was divine. there is something so special about seeing photos you have taken in a magazine, regardless of if people even notice my little name, i have a pride that i was a part of the pretty. drew was in the other room when i squealed, it was out of shock, there was my smiling mug sandwiched between the beautiful editors, sarah + megan. i mean, come on people, i am supposed to be the one behind the camera… not in front of it! thank goodness i showered and dug out my curling iron, eh? what a fun surprise. it never gets old archiving their beautiful magazines with pages dogeared from features – seriously, they make my world a place filled with glitter and happy dances.
