If I had to pick one thing I love most about my couples, it’s when I meet them and can’t imagine my life without them in it. That’s exactly how I felt with Kyle and Lauren. These two, man, I wish I had words. They showed up with champagne and chocolate chip cookies (does it get better than this) and we hung out until after the sun went down, toasting to life and all of the blessings we have been granted (and most of all, the fact that we were together and we got to hang out as a team on their wedding day!) Most of the time when I struggle with the words to write, it’s that nothing can sum up how incredible the people I photograph are. In this case, I just want to hug their faces for the next year straight and May can’t come soon enough. These high school sweethearts are the perfect duo. They compliment one another, love doing life as a team, and make me the giddiest, happiest girl on the planet (plus Lauren makes a mean cookie… yum, cookies!)
To sum it all up, I want to share some words Kyle sent me that got me hook, line, and sinker from the very beginning (can we talk about how amazing of a groom he is?) “We are so looking forward to sharing our love with all the people we cherish on our wedding day and also thanking them for being a part of our lives. We don’t have any outward themes per say for the wedding besides the color scheme of dark emerald green, gold, and lavender. We are just hoping to have a strong focus on family and being together. We do have some things planned that we are pretty excited for though! The day is really about love, family, and the celebration of a wonderful life together!”
