“I have seen you at your best and at your worst and I promise to love both.” These promised vows that Libby said to Tyson stuck with me the last few days… Marriage is just that, it is unconditional, beautiful, painful, triumphant and challenging. Libby and Tyson met working at Epic in Madison and Libby tracked Tyson down because something told her she had to get to know him better. They have spent years next to one another and have grown as individuals and a couple while laughing through life together. When Libby said those vows to Tyson I knew their promises were sealed and that they would spend forever side by side. Libby and Tyson hold a special place in my heart. They are the souls that you pray you encounter and hope to keep a part of your life for years to come. They truly are better together and it was so entirely evident on their wedding day.

Over the last year, I grew to know and love these two for the beautiful humans they are. Not only are they ridiculously gorgeous, their souls are even more pretty (hard to imagine, I know.) From their love for their families to the love they share for each other, every aspect of their wedding day was centered on the idea of celebrating the vows that they took on Monona Terrace. Libby lost her dad in an accident years ago and I swear the whole room could feel his presence on their wedding day. From a tearful walk down the aisle to her dance with her uncle, Libby’s dad was watching and I’m sure he was enamored by his beautiful baby girl. Their vision came to life at The Madison Club through their incredible Kate Spade inspired decor including blush tablecloths, gold chargers, navy striped linens, and beautiful florals. It was breathtaking to say the least. Not only did I cry multiple times throughout the day, I didn’t want to leave the dance party (that was rocking and even included the UW Marching Band!) I am so thankful for these two, their love, their friendship, their epically awesome dance moves, and the way they show the world that it is possible to love a little deeper and live a little harder.
