She uses her health care background to look at her client’s lives holistically and works with them to transform all aspects of their lives by teaching them how to love themselves for who they truly are. Yes, I believe she IS superwoman!
In our coaching session, we discuss how to convert her audience into paying clients, and I help her with her messaging (using guiding principles that YOU can use to get clear on your brand, too)!
Since Claudia has limited time for her business, we want to make sure she puts her time to its best use so that she can eventually reach her goal to quit her nursing job.
Claudia asks great questions about niching down and nailing down her messaging so that she can take her business to the next level, and I know that no matter what industry you’re in, you’ll be taking notes while listening to our conversation!

Now, let’s dive into the highlights of my coaching session with Claudia!
Finding Clarity and Focus
To kick off our session, we delved into the importance of prioritizing time with family, which Claudia identified as her non-negotiable. I can relate to that, and I bet a lot of Goal Diggers can!
Because her family is her number one priority, we discussed the significance of focusing on one aspect of her business at a time, considering whether to concentrate on one-on-one coaching or creating a lower-priced online course for a wider audience.
We even explored the idea of leveraging the course as a prerequisite for one-on-one coaching, allowing clients to familiarize themselves with her approach before committing to personalized sessions. It’s also a more passive way for her to earn money while she spends time with her family!
Is The “Ideal Client Avatar” Exercise Overrated?
Claudia expressed her hesitation towards the concept of niching down too much and excluding potential clients, because she has passion for inclusivity and doesn’t want anyone to feel left out of her services.
I totally understood her belief in providing care and support to everyone regardless of their background or identity, similar to her approach in nursing.
I told Claudia that instead of focusing on a specific ideal client persona, to focus on the end result and transformation that her clients can experience. If she focuses on a more universal end result, Claudia aims to attract a diverse range of clients who resonate with her message and values!
Overcoming Self-Sabotage and Resistance
Claudia shared her struggles with self-sabotage, particularly in promoting her online course, Leading Lady Self-Love Academy, due to concerns about rejection and fear of selling herself. Have you ever been there, too?
We discussed the importance of reframing beliefs around finishing projects and embracing a new identity as someone who follows through. I encouraged Claudia to create boundaries around her ideas, using a document to store and evaluate them based on their alignment with her vision and mission.
I loved that Claudia has a personal reason for pursuing her business and helping others, including overcoming an abusive marriage. I encouraged her to take these stories into her content to connect with her audience authentically.
If you have resistance to sales like Claudia does, consider sharing your personal transformation and experiences. It allows us to inspire others and build a deeper connection with potential clients, without feeling ‘slimy’!
Embracing Human Design and Marketing Strategies

Toward the end of my coaching session with Claudia, we touched on her human design as a Manifesting Generator and discussed strategies to streamline her marketing efforts.
I suggested creating a free webinar to introduce potential clients to her work, leading them towards the online course and eventually one-on-one coaching. The most important thing is aligning her marketing with her vision and values so that Claudia can attract clients who resonate with her message and approach!
I have so much confidence in Claudia’s ability to overcome self-doubt and embrace her role as a transformative coach, empowering others to lead fulfilling and authentic lives. Now it’s time for her to believe in herself!
