I got a sweet email from Jessica right before I flew into San Francisco! She had been following my Instagram and saw that I had posted that I would be in her city for a few days. I immediately was all in because I love traveling (duh) but even more than that I love meeting friends and shooting photos (especially of beautiful people in love.) Jessica is from Chicago, Taylor is from Seattle, they now live in San Francisco and are planning a windy city wedding for next summer! (I’m not so secretly super jealous that I don’t get to shoot it!) They worked for the same company and were both top performers and were often vying for the top spot on the efficiency list. They kept seeing one another’s names and continued to strive to be at the top (and pass one another up.) Who knew that when they would finally meet, they would fall in love? After a few moves and finally settling down in San Francisco, these two got an adorable apartment and fell into life in the new city. I felt absolutely lucky to be adventuring through parts of San Fran with them and immediately wished that we didn’t live on opposite sides of the country so that we could hang out way more. I mean, they are the kind of couple you want to grab pizza and beer with or stay in in sweats and watch a movie. We went to Chrissy Field, Fort Point, and ended on the sunny rooftop of their apartment building! I absolutely am thankful that Jessica and Taylor reached out – they definitely made my trip all the more enjoyable (and can we just talk about how stinking adorable they are?)
My next adventure is: TEXAS – Dallas and Houston in a few short weeks!
