Jake and Jamie are a special couple, between balancing law school and medical school, these two find time to laugh and just enjoy one another. When Jamie contacted me last year about their wedding, I was immediately on board (and excited!) Jamie and I went to high school together and it just so happens her brother has dated my sister since 8th grade… so we are practically sisters by association. She is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and rekindling our friendship through her wedding planning has been nothing short of amazing. We finally found a weekend for them to come visit us from Iowa and after sharing a meal we ventured out into the rain for their images. No amount of rain could hide their beauty and we laughed our way through the sprinkles to amazing photographs that help tell their love story. Jake and Jamie compliment each other so well, spending the night (and a truck stop breakfast) together made it entirely evident that they were made for one another. It’s couples like this that make me feel utterly blessed… now, to patiently wait until their wedding day…
