Bailey reached out to me months ago and I was overjoyed! You see, she is a talented wedding photographer from my hometown and although our paths probably should have crossed a million times in our lifetimes, they never had. Bailey is going through a branding overhaul from a new logo to a brand new website and she wanted some updated photos of herself to share on her new corner of the web (coming soon!) After we chatted, I knew we were the perfect fit for one another. Her new branding is GORGEOUS and I am mildly obsessed with the preview I got of her website – I seriously could live in that space, so stay tuned!

Bailey is such a trooper, she got her hair and make up done in Duluth at The Colour Lounge Salon and Spa and then hopped in a car and drove the six hours to reach me! Not only is it an honor that another photographer wants you to take their photo, but the fact that she was willing to drive across the state lines so that I could be the one meant the world to me. I was obsessed with her styling – can you tell we are kindred spirits? I adored everything from head to two, especially her fun crown from Angela’s Bella Flora. We giggled, talked life, chatted about business, and put our toes in the sand together. This shoot fired me up for so many reasons, I don’t shoot a lot of portrait sessions but it definitely made me love the art of posing and making women feel beautiful! Bailey trusted me whole heartedly and laughed at my awful jokes. The result is the most pure and genuine photo story of one talented girl who is chasing a dream. I can’t wait to spend more time with this girl and I am so proud of her and excited for what is to come!
