“It’s pure bliss, happiness, I see the most amazing woman I have ever met taking care of and looking out for the greatest blessing that has ever come into my life. I see a love that will stand the test of time, a woman that Bren can truly strive be like, I can not of dreamed of a better woman to share our lives with. I see my partner in crime taking care of my greatest treasure. I see my world, my everything, my girls, my family,” James said about Jessie. They weren’t meant to fall in love, it all happened by chance. Apparently James (also known as Bubba) had dreamy long hair and was friends with Jessie’s brother, they know of one another but officially met at an event. “It sounds crazy but the first time I ever met James, I felt a pull of: you’re meant to be here, meant to see this, meant to have this feeling you’ve never had before,” Jessie said with the biggest grin about James.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the venue as Sean led their ceremony, a heartfelt reflection of two imperfect people becoming an official family of three. It was a day focused on fun, family, and finally becoming husband and wife. I feel so blessed to have been a piece of this story long before the wedding day, from photographing them as boyfriend and girlfriend, to the night they got engaged, to their engagement photos, and finally their wedding day. To see the love that has grown even deeper over time finally come to their wedding day was nothing short of a blessing. The look in James’ eyes when he stared at his bride, the way Jessie would pull his daughter Brendyn in for a quick squeeze or eskimo kiss, the epic dance party that left everyone chanting for “one more song” three times in a row. It was a party that had to be shut down because it could have gone on all night, to say this love was celebrated would be an  understatement, to say this love is simply beautiful doesn’t do it justice. What an incredible journey from James and Jessie to Mr. and Mrs. Bubba Partain.
